What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your personal information (name, email, contact details)
• Travel preferences and history
• Payment information (transaction records are kept for legal compliance)
• Any other personal data associated with your account

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please:

1. Send an email to privacy@escap-ia.com
2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
3. Provide your email address associated with the account
4. Specify which data you want deleted

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes
• Anonymized data used for analytics may not be deleted
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You may need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again
